Ordering and delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 5 days of the date the order is processed (payment is taken). It may take up to 4 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Please check thoroughly before accepting the product. If the product is damaged, zeal is broken or any parts are missing inform it to our sales agent. Please do not accept delivery if there are any damages once you accept the product we don’t do an exchange.

Payment Methods

Online Payment

We accept payment via the Visa / Master credit or debit card, you can make the payment online and immediately confirm your order. You cannot cancel the order or refuse to pay when the product/s are delivered to you after your confirmation.

Bank Deposit

You can deposit the invoice amount to one of our bank accounts and confirm with us by call, email, whatsapp or facebook. We will then ship the goods to you as soon as we verify the payment.

Shipping Price

Paid Orders ( Online Payment / Bank Deposit / Ez Cash /) Charges: Rs. 90.00 to 300.00 per KG, for every additional 1 -KG Rs. 200.00 Charged.

Cash on Delivery Charges: Rs.250.00 to 350.00 per KG, for every additional 1 – KG Rs. 100.00 Charged.

Returns

We do not offer cash refunds on any purchased good. All the exchanges can be done within 7 days with original receipt.
